What we collect
Website enquiries are collected and processed by Tally (tally.so), which operates the form on our behalf. What reaches us is what you type into the form: your name, business or organisation, email address, any phone or WhatsApp number, what you want to ask about, and the message you write. The form is also given the page you submitted from, the link that referred you, and any campaign parameters on that link, so we can tell which pages and campaigns actually produce enquiries. Tally runs a captcha on the form to reduce automated spam. You can also reach us by email or phone, in which case only what you send us is collected. The site sends measurement events to configured GA4/GTM services only after explicit analytics consent. Hosting providers retain technical logs for security and abuse prevention.
Who processes it
Tally is the processor for the enquiry form; we are the controller. Tally receives and stores what you submit and makes it available to us, under Tally's own privacy policy at tally.so/privacy. We do not sell contact data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Authorised NoxOrigin staff manage the resulting enquiries.
How we use it
We use submitted details to respond, qualify the request, schedule a walkthrough, and coordinate product follow-up. We keep it no longer than the enquiry needs and the commercial relationship that follows from it.
Your rights
Email support@noxorigin.com to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. We will action the request within 30 days. Because the form is processed by Tally, you can also ask Tally directly about the submission you made; their route is in their privacy policy.
Cookies
We use localStorage for theme preference and analytics consent ('nox-theme' and 'nox-analytics-consent'). Analytics remains off when no choice exists or when you decline. Accepting stores 'granted'. You can withdraw consent by clearing the consent key and choosing decline when the banner returns. The enquiry form itself is hosted by Tally and is subject to Tally's own cookie and privacy terms, which we do not control.
