- Customers & CRM: lead ownership, pipeline movement, follow-up, and inbox handling
- Quotes, invoices & payments: numbering, GST correctness, allocation, and collection
- Shop & inventory: counter billing, purchasing, receiving, and day-end
- Platform: roles, permissions, approvals, and audit
- Nox-Tickets (scoped deployment): admin workflows and shared permissions
Next
- Tighter workspace and permission sharing across areas and deployments
- Mobile POS counter polish — secure session storage, cart wiring, and day-end validation
- Public documentation and walkthroughs for every shipped area
Later
- Customer-facing portals and a public sign-up flow
- Expanded customer-facing APIs, webhooks, and partner SDKs
- Scheduled reports and threshold alerts
- Automation rules — not built today; NoxOrigin has no rule engine and no run history
