- What is it?
- NoxCRM is focused customer and lead-management software for recording customer context, assigning lead ownership, managing pipeline stages, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining activity history.
- Who is it for?
- Small sales and service teams moving beyond WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and disconnected customer records.
- What does it do?
- It provides lead capture, pipeline tracking, follow-up scheduling, activity history, workflow automation, and role-based access in a single workspace.
- What is it not?
- It is not a billing system, accounting package, call centre, or replacement for every communication channel.
- Availability
- NoxCRM is available for guided demonstrations with a backend-first foundation. Operator web and mobile surfaces are still maturing; production use is not generally available.
- Where is it used?
- Service businesses, sales teams, and agencies that need controlled customer workflows.
- Cost
- Pricing is quoted according to users, workspaces, and deployment needs.

- What is it?
- Nox-Billings is GST billing, POS, inventory, payment, employee-control, and counter-operations software for Indian businesses.
- Who is it for?
- Owner-led stores, service counters, retail teams, and multi-location businesses that need controlled invoicing and daily operational visibility.
- What does it do?
- It covers GST invoices, receipts, employee access, discount approvals, inventory tracking, shifts, day-end reports, and multi-location operations.
- What is it not?
- It is deliberately scoped as billing and counter-operations software. It is not a full ERP or enterprise accounting replacement.
- Availability
- Nox-Billings is running three live business deployments across SaaS and managed platform implementations. Counter, mobile, and hardware-specific workflows are validated per rollout.
- Where is it used?
- Shops, billing counters, service businesses, and multi-location retail teams in India.
- Cost
- The Counter plan starts at INR 2,800 per month before applicable taxes. Higher plans are INR 8,000 and 20,000 per month, with migration, hardware, integrations, and assisted setup quoted separately.

- Who is it for?
- Invited event, venue, ride, and controlled-entry operators.

- It manages ticket batches, QR generation, scanner validation, offline scanning, device management, staff roles, and operational reporting.
- What is it not?
- It is not currently a public ticket marketplace or generally available self-service ticketing platform.
- Availability
- Nox-Tickets is in private alpha for invited operators only. It is not a publicly available self-serve product.
- Where is it used?
- Events, venues, amusement parks, and controlled-entry operations.
- Cost
- Public pricing has not been announced.
